Just a week after G2.Kinguin’s team were bought out by the FaZe organisation (the most expensive team purchase in CS:GO history), G2 have today announced their partnership with the ex-Titan squad.

The organisation stated; “We are delighted to announce that we have found a group of players who tick all those boxes in Kévin “Ex6TenZ” Droolans, Adil “ScreaM” Benrlitom, Cédric “RpK” Guipouy, Richard “shox” Papillon and Edouard “SmithZz” Dubourdeaux”.

Alongside the lineup of players, G2 have also signed Titan’s former manager, Jakub “Lothar” Szygulskias, they feel he has a big part to play in the organisations ‘journey back to the top’.

The Titan squad have been slowly sinking in recent months, however if big players like shox can find their form and confidence with the G2 organisation, we could potentially see a team that can break back into the top 6. The G2 organisation have a solid grounding when it comes to CS:GO teams, and they could potentially form a platform for the ex-Titan team to find success. It seems like a promising move for both the team and organisation, and it would be great to see the squad getting some reasonable finishes at the upcoming events.
